This place is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER have any service done at this location. I had an appt and was there before my appt time. I was called after my appt time. I am suffering from a disability and was unable to get up from my seat quickly and when I got to the door no one was there. When you are called the staff do not even look at the waiting room. Terrible location - makes me never want to use Quest Diagnostics (any location). Got there at 3:20 for a walk in apt, and at 3:45 when they came out they said "we closed at 3:30". Online it said 4pm. When I said I checked in before 3:30 they said "we didn't get it" and that was that.
I made an appointment and the service was very quick. I was out the door in about 10 minutes. The tech was also very kind and did a great job.
No pain at all—painless needle. Magic!
This is my second visit for the same blood work. Quest missed to provide complete result first time. During the second visit, the attender was not co-operative and was refusing to answer my questions, instead pushing me to get the blood sample. Completely dissatisfied with the visit.
