The tech did an excellent job of blood withdrawal, not bruising at needle site.
Clean, nice staff, easy process
Easy checkin, fairly fast service. My phlebotomist was very friendly and capable. Fast, very good with the needle stick!
Gayle (PSR) was friendly, right on time (no wait at all!), and I could hardly feel her "stick" to draw my blood. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Pre-appointment registration saved lots of time.
I had a very frustrating experience at this outpatient lab. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited over an hour without being called back, while multiple patients who arrived after me were taken before me. When I politely brought this to the phlebotomist’s attention, she was dismissive and had a very rude attitude, telling me they were busy and to sit back down.
