Very convenient and polite employees
Quest is NOT forthcoming regarding handling of simple "Stat" lab requirements. The phlebotomist I dealt with explained my physician had to be called to confirm acceptance of lab results within 24 hours (9:30 am appointment) for my "Stat" script, which is definitively NOT Stat (same day- 24 hours implies potential next day results, definitively NOT Stat!). This after I had confirmed via multiple phone calls Stat service was handled by Quest! I do not understand why Quest Customer Service is misleading customers regarding this... read more
