On 2/1/2014 @ aprox 915am @ quest 4855 Hylan Blvd with a drs order for blood work and and appointment made online through the above website ..... I am told because my Dr didn t write my name in on the order ....The order is no good .. You have to call your doctor and get another ... ok since the person who drew my blood was fresh out of high school and plenty of brains ... I gave a blood test today, they stabbed me three times before found my vein! Now my arms looks like I m using drugs. Except that they were nice and fast.
I have used Solstas in Wilmington six times in September and October 2014 for tests ordered by my physician. These were very important and time sensitive tests. There was some type of error every single time. Everything from my name being misspelled and therefore the results not timely processed to my results being lost entirely. My doctor had to guess at the dosing of my medication for the day they lost my results. After the first 3 times I gave up on my physician s orders actually being found and brought a copy myself. This is not a good place to work or have your lab work done here. See the grade the BBB gave this company. It was given an "F" rating!!
they should stay opened the hours they have posted on the web.....
Cindy is very professional, but at the same time she treats everybody very warmingly and carelingly. I have to go nearly every week, and I have seen many lab technitians, but she is the best.
