We had an appt and arrived 15 mins early. We did not get seen until 11:45 which was 30 mins after our arrival. We did not receive an apology from staff for the inconvience. The nurse who did my daughter blood work, was inexperience and caused my daughter great pain from the bruising of her vain. It was not a great visit.
My sister Naomie was pleased with the work the technician did. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL TAKE HER BACK WHENEVER SHE NEEDS .
