The young lady that took my blood for my test. He was extremely cordial knowledgeable and nice. She is definitely a keeper.
Quest lab, the couple of time that I visited always is a chaos, having or not having an appointment, last time I did pick an appointment at 10:40 , and they started calling walking in in front of me , because they arrived before my appointment time , now I did walk in and they told me I might be waiting until all the appointments pass, even if the 12 pm pt shows up , they will be call ahead of me , and I was waiting since 8:40 , I left by 10:30 , cuz they barely explain to you, and the team takes forever to draw blood , I do... read more
This Quest Location is theee worse I have ever been to for blood test- They make more Appointments than chairs for people to sit., The Check-in scan machine not working, after waiting over 30 min pass my appointment time, they don't have blood pressure cuff to test my blood pressure which was required for my report.
I just left the office and all the ladies that tended to me were quick, kind, and efficient. I always get nervous having blood drawn and the young lady that assisted me was phenomenal!! The least I’ve felt anything when getting my blood drawn. Be kind people. They deal with a lot of people in one day in a short time. This would be my place of choice whenever I have to go. ☺️☺️
