Excellent lab with skilled technicians who are very professional and friendly!
Came in for a scheduled drug test and was met with unprofessional behavior. I’d stopped by earlier in the day to confirm my paperwork. When I came back later, the woman at the front desk said my name out loud and told her coworkers that I “make her feel uncomfortable.” I barely spoke to her beyond checking in; I was simply there to complete my test and move on with my day.
The quest system is the worst and the people who work in this office are nasty and rude. Go to lab Corp its next door. They are so much nicer and friendly.
The young lady that took my blood for my test. He was extremely cordial knowledgeable and nice. She is definitely a keeper.
