Quest Diagnostics in Cedarhurst, NY, is absolutely fantastic! I usually schedule an appointment, but due to unexpected circumstances, I had to do a walk-in. Since it was a Sunday, this was the only nearby location open, and I was a bit worried about long wait times. However, they took me in with only a 15-minute wait, which was incredible for a walk-in! Unfortunately I don’t remember the two awesome young ladies that did the blood work in my grandson. You really need to recognize them for being patient, kind, friendly, professional and that they love their work!!! Yes I would a thousand times recommend your services, it’s hard to find good quality people.
I was very impressed with this office. We had a 930 appointment and we got there by 9:15 and we were taking in no time minimal waiting very clean office and very professional.
The assistant is very good at her job and kind, but the technician is very arrogant. If you are not willing to treat your patients well, then look for another profession.
