Looove the staff here! Always professional and efficient. I always set an appointment and never wait more than 15 minutes. In and out and my results come back extremely fast. I’ve had blood work, drug screening, and even stool culture done here- always fast and professional.
Made appointment...came early and waited for 30 minutes and not called and then had to leave and then told I needed to return or wait for a standby. Totally unprofessional and no respect for people's time
I’d give 0 stars. This is the worst location. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I am filing a lawsuit against them. I’ve just read the reviews and the same behavior is what I experienced. I asked for my cup to be labeled before going to the bathroom and I was met with an attitude. They don’t follow protocol and one of the supervisors there she always takes up for the employees instead of correcting them! They are problematic and discriminative.
