Based on my most recent visit, I had a great experience. My wait time was minimal because I used the link they sent for me to check in when I arrived actually worked this time. The tech was very pleasant.
Kiosk is closed. Just sit and wait until someone will open the door so you can ask a question about a drop off. Took them an hour until they took my sample because I was a walk in, These people think that they are doing you a favour. such a shame that all quest labs around have a very low level of customer service.
My visit was pleasant. Technician were helpful. My Technician was kind and patient.
