So it's reasonable to not allow walk-ins past a certain time. What isn't reasonable is not to communicate that. When the door is still open, it's 20 minutes before closing, and the kiosk invites you to enter all your info and take a seat, you'd think that means you got there just in time. At least have the courtesy to post clearly, preferably both online and on location, when the deadline is for walk-ins. And turn off the kiosk check in so people don't have to waste their time filling everything in only to find out afterward... read more
