I was so glad to find another Quest Diagnostics Office. The tech was so kind, very patient, and listen to my fears of needles. She used a small needle, walked me through the process, and was finish before I blinked. I will continue to go to this office.
My experience at Quest Diagnostic, at 2 West Crossroads Ste 51 in Catonsville MD. I’ve found the best Blood Work Lab in the Catonsville, MD area. My first time visiting this Lab. Upon entrance, my presence was acknowledged immediately upon entrance. I mention to Ms. Raven that I was not comfortable with using the Kiosk machine and Mrs. Raven, without hesitation assist me in the sign in process.
