The technician in the diagnostic lab was very polite and professional. She explained everything to me clearly before the procedure and also gave me detailed precautions to follow afterward. She even double-verified my name on the computer and on the sample she collected, which made me feel very safe. Her approach was excellent, and overall it was a great experience. The area was clean, well-maintained, and the computer sign-in process was very easy. Everything was perfect.
So i go first time quest diagnostics but some staff nice but one staff Angie it's very bad behavior I ask so many time please be cool but it's same behavior too
Great easy check in. The tech who drew blood excellent technical skills , personable and efficent. Showed me tubes verified my samples
Parking can be minimal. Either park on busy street or across at Eden Hospital. No human at check in. Desk has been boarded up and replaced with two tablets. Look for name on TV after checking in. This can also be done on your smartphone. No cookies if blood sugar drops as there is no doctor on duty. Staff are excellent!
I always book my appointments online and use the text message they sent to check-in, which makes things super easy—no need to use the kiosks. My appointments have always been on time. Parking can be a bit tough in the early mornings, but otherwise it's a smooth experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Charlie. My visits with him have always been pleasant.
