The staff this afternoon went beyond our expectations and was super gentle while drawing blood. Even with our unexpected event of paperwork not being there, they made every attempt to get it corrected. Second time being there A+ both times

Just had some blood drawn (5 vials)! Shaneal was amazing, did not feel the needle and she was done in 30 seconds. If you go to this Quest Diagnostic make sure you request Shaneal.
Technician seemed competent, but I'll never know because they turned me away for having a digital rather than physical copy of my insurance card. Wouldn't accept a fax, email, written billing numbers, etc. It would have been nice if that was listed online or over the phone when booking my appointment.
