Don’t recommend went twice in a week. Once as a walk in and once as appointment and didn’t get attended. I recommend Labcorp in park road I was in and out in 10 minutes
If I could give this place -0 I would!!!! I went there 3 different times and was given 3 different responses. On the paperwork it’s says to go between 1:30-3:30 I got there at 2 and was told the hours have changed it’s 1-2 so I went the next day at 1:30 and was told they can’t do walk ins. I made an appointment a few days later. And checked in. It was crowded and no seating, hot and smelly in the waiting area so I selected the option to wait outside and receive a text. I walked in at 4:05. It clearly says they are open until 4:30. There was one other person waiting to be seen. The check in system allowed me to check in as a walk in. The tech comes out at 4:10 and said she don't know why the system allowed me to check in and she would not be able to see me as she has to leave exactly at 4:30....and then proceeds to say "I should have locked the doors but I didn't" First of all where is the customer service??!! Two staff sitting behind the closed window and not doing anything. Making us wait for no reason. Awful Staff with no sense of urgency, responsibility or work ethics. They will make you feel like they are the boss and has all rights to make you wait with any reason or explanation. Awful place. Please change the staff. This message should go the company’s head person.
Made an appointment for self test and after waiting for an hour an half they remembered to tell me about the need for an order, i knew exactly what test and they still didn't wan to do it
