Worst customer service. They black out the window so you don’t know if anyone is here to help.they also get mad if you knock on the window but there is no other way to get help!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Yesterday, I showed up at the wrong time, and their front window was blocked off, making it impossible to speak to anyone for help. I said “Excuse me, can someone help me?” multiple times and was completely ignored. Rude and unprofessional. Don't go here for a drug screen even if you have an appt! I made an appt. online for a drug screen. Note: It is impossible to quickly find the location. There are 2 buildings that look the same and there is no visible address or sign on either building. Me and others were driving around the parking lots for several minutes until I finally saw a sign about 2 feet tall in front of one of the buildings with the address.
