This was a blood draw. I fear needles. My veins do not always cooperate. My blood draw prior took 3 nurses and about 5 jabs. It Quest, the nurse assessed & her expertise allowed her to do just 1 jab. Very quick!
No wait time, so that’s great, but being condescended to is always unpleasant. I got lectured for turning the waiting room TV volume down so I could read while I waited (because “they have a policy to keep the volume up for seniors”).
