They dont like to work and communicate with my doctor
The tech told me that she was new and seemed nervous about how many vials she needed to draw from my child. I asked if there was a maximum she could draw and she told me she didn’t know because she was new. I asked her if she was experienced with pediatric blood draws and she said no. I asked if there was someone with more experience would could perform the draw because my son had a lot of anxiety and I wanted it to be fast and easy for him. Very short wait time if you make an appointment. Friendly staff.
Not staffed properly. Should have 3 working this busy office. Waiting 2 hours ( so far) is ridiculous. There were no appointments available before my doctor appointment. Just to drop off a sample.
I donateblood all the time, i have great veins. These guys couldn't find a vein, multiple sticks in one arm, then had to use the other.
