Horrible and I contacted customer service wastold I would get a call back to take my complaint. Nope didn't happen
You need to hire all new people and train them on how to act. Rude, nasty, ignorant.
The phlebotomist has a very nasty attitude. All I said was use my other arm to draw blood she very rudely pulled the rubber band off. Then she drew blood from my other arm and was arguing. She sticked me so hard that I am bruised and I can’t bend my arm. I am very disappointed. First and last time in this lab.
