I recently went to get bloodwork done at this Quest location. At first, I was nervous because I read a lot of poor reviews. However, I decided to make an appointment in advance, which I highly recommend. I did the kiosk self-check-in and was called in just a few minutes after my appointment time. The staff was kind and very accommodating for me, especially since I tend to faint around needles. They were able to let me lie down on a bed in the back for the blood draw. I had a very disappointing experience at this Quest location. I arrived shortly before closing and was told by the woman at the front desk — wearing a neck brace — that they had stopped taking walk-ins at 4:30 PM. However, I was able to complete the check-in form in under a minute and gave the excuse was because I checked in at 4:32 pm It felt like she just didn’t want to help. My appointment was 12:50 p.m. I was called in at 12:50 p.m. Technician was actually friendly and enjoyed her job. My test was performed and I left at 12:55 p.m. Need I say more-?
