I went to this Quest because despite it’s mediocre reviews, the others were far worse. With such a well known name it’s shocking to see that they are all horrible locations. Whoever runs this company needs to do better. I made an appointment over a month ago and when I walked in there were so many walk-ins filling the room that those with appointments (including myself) had nowhere to sit. I had a good experience during this visit. The Phlebotomist was very good; she found the vein in one stick, and it was not painful at all.

The process was fast, the wait time was quick, and the staff was very nice with my son with autism.
