Almost always a bad experience. Today I showed up for my appointment and couldn’t get my blood test because their systems were down. If you want to book an early morning appointment, you have to do it a month or so out. So now I have to wait another month to take a test. I would also avoid being a walk-in (Saturday mornings). You might have to wait hours or worse…wait hours and then not get seen. Over the years, I’ve experienced so many annoying issues at this establishment that I am actually writing a google review.

I was a walk in and waited for over 4 hrs. I was surprised but happy to be helped. The lady at the waiting area is a super nice and special person. I saw her calm many people down. She helped everyone who came in and was very understanding to many. I did get my bloodwork done appreciate that all the workers made sure everyone was processed.

Did some bloodwork. Super quick and painless. I got in 5 min after I checked in for my appointment. Got out after 10 min. The worker there was a professional. Only bad part is parking. Free street parking but you have to be lucky. There's paid parking in the garage, and I think it was $1.50 per hour. Or you can be like me and park in a nearby neighborhood and walk half a mile.
