I had a very disappointing experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. Since no appointments were available, I arrived early at 8am as a standby patient with only one person ahead of me. I understand that appointments come first, but standby patients were completely ignored. Despite having three employees working, each taking over 20 minutes per patient, they only attended to appointments while leaving standbys waiting indefinitely. Quest Diagnostics in general is never a good experience but the nurse here asked me in front of the whole patient room if I was here for a specific test. Then I was on standby for an hour and was dismissed an hour later because they "weren't taking anybody else". The worst.
I had a very disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, making me and my two young children feel like our concerns were not taken seriously. I waited longer than scheduled with my kids while we were all fasting, without any clear explanation, and when I finally was attended to, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested in providing proper assistance.
