Possibly the easiest experience I've ever had! Walking into the waiting room there aren't any employees but there is a kiosk to check in. Social distance was perfect, everything is spaced out. I would suggest making appointments over the phone rather than online. I was here for a drug screening for employment and found out over the phone that they only do them during certain hours of the day, not the entirety that they are open. I was very displeased with this location. I came in early so that I could be the first one in. This location opens at 7am and is located in clos proximity to my home. Upon arrival at 6:50 am I waited in the lobby. The technician was running a few mins late. I actually witnessed her pull up at 7:02am. She opened the door around 7:05 there was no one else there but my self and she never acknowledged me. Terrible service. An Ad in the waiting room plays on loop saying how fast and convenient they are. I’ve been waiting for over an hour to pee in a cup, send me your billing information so I can pay for my bladder infection.
