I couldn't be seen the first day because I hadn't made an appointment -- a need that wasn't on the website. The second day, the practitioner was rude and nasty.
I was a late walk-in but was anxious about getting this bloodwork drawn for important answers. She helped by calling my provider to secure more information and was able to then move forward with collecting my blood!
The nurse was very pleasant and professional. The location was very convenient and it was very easy to get the appointment.
Quest diagnostics is always horrible but this one is exceptionally so. The phlebotomists made me write out my provider’s office name, address and phone number 14 times on all my order slips like I was in detention or something. It’s unclear why that’s even required in 2025 but more importantly, she wasn’t able to do at least some of that herself. The facility and lack of professionalism by the staff at 348 13th St., Brooklyn, NY was horrible! As a result, I left and made an appointment at another location.
