This location has really upped their game. They have more people on staff than they used to offer. There is no cell service in that basement and no wifi (hint hint - get wifi for your customers!) The technician was professional, caring, and skilled. He took the time to do it correctly and was very gentle. My appointment time was respected and I was called within 5 minutes of it. Definitely make an appointment in advance online. I would highly recommend this location.
Part 1 – Positive Experience The office was easy to locate, clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Everything ran in an orderly fashion, and the waiting area was pleasant / professional. This place has friendly and hardworking staff who are very efficient and fast. However the wait time is high because there are a lot of patients and not enough staff!!
