This supposedly is an appointment only location. I am immune compromised and rarely leave my house (per 5 doctors). I had an appointment at 8am, when I limped over there were NINE people waiting. One gentleman with a cane...another in a wheelchair. 3 of us had appts at 8am which is impossible because there are only 2 phlebotomists at this location (who are great at their jobs).
