According to the schedule posted, this location opens at 10:00 AM. However, the personnel starts working half hour late. When I complained, the heavy-set worker became very rude and loud. Is the kind of people you have working at Quest. I will definitely not go back to this location!

I arrived at Question Diagnostics at 8:00 a.m. because their website says they open at that time. No one showed up until 8:30 a.m. There was zero communication, and the place was already packed and disorganized. Don’t waste your time—this place is poorly managed and unreliable.

I walked in and was able to successfully make an appointment. While waiting, the nurse came out a few times saying they were only seeing patients with appointments—which is exactly why I stayed, because I had made one. After waiting 45 minutes, both nurses came out and told me they weren’t taking walk-ins. I explained I had an appointment, but they rudely said it was a “walk-in appointment,” not a regular one. I’ve been coming here for over two years for monthly bloodwork and have always had a great experience—especially with the kind woman with green eyes who usually helps me. But today was disappointing. I was met by an African American woman wearing all black, with a black headband and long hair, someone I’ve never seen working here before. Her attitude was unexpectedly harsh when I simply asked if they were accepting walk-ins. I had no issue with being turned away just with how rudely it was handled.
