I love the convenience of the proximity to my home. the place was clean and sanitary. The reception by the technician was great and efficient I was in and out in less than 15 mins . The Kiosk to register was okay. The one thing that was annoying is finding parking so if driving go earlier, so if you have to drive around you may find parking and so you wont be late for appointment. Then you have to wait to be seen.
My experience with Quest Diagnostics was a great one. The clock in was easy to set up and I was called fairly quickly for my appointment. The young lady would took care of the paperwork and blood draws was wonderful. She was very patient and she answered all the questions I had. Thank you Quest.
Angie at 4238 Bronx Blvd, Bronx NY location is an absolute Godsend and deserves whatever company recognitions are available. I needed to give nearly a pint of blood for extensive testing and for my entire life giving blood has almost always been challenging. I've been told I have "deep veins", "wobbly veins" etc. I came to Angie bc the previous morning I tried to give blood elsewhere and they assured me the needle was in the vein but no blood was coming out.
