Octavia made the unfortunate visit that started at 10am and ended at 1:10pm. A much better experience, she truly conducts herself in a very professional manner and is kind and empathetic. I applaud all her efforts put forth in this difficult industry she is by far an exceptional worker in her own right. Today she is the pillar which holds up Question Diagnostics and I believe she deserves a bonus to better appreciate her efforts.
The facility was very clean and the service was excellent, timely and staff was very friendly and professional...The lab tech was very friendly, and professional and answered any questions I had concerning lab work.
Good service on App and on site. Rapid results. Only I have no Insurance and I would have expected an invoice when I purchased the tests. My card was immediately charged but I couldn’t verify the list of tests I was going to do.
Fast, and friendly. Was taken care of fast with no issues. Nice environment to get tested!
