Zero stars really! Appointment or walk in will not matter extremely long wait times. Staff is not friendly and doesn’t acknowledge anyone. Also the building looks very sketchy you can’t even tell it’s open for business when you get there. I will not return to this location.
I had an appointment, and was seen right at my appointment time. Phlebotomist was quick, friendly, and skilled- didn’t feel the needle at all! I suggest scheduling an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Short wait and friendly staff
i’ve been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, i understand that appointments take priority, however if people are late for their appointments they shouldn’t be taken before people have been waiting for an hour.
I didn’t have no problem at all, I did my appointment online, they send me the day of my appointment a link, I signed up and that it, i seat down and wait like 10 min, my name was called, the lady was so nice, she talk to me she was very polite, she drawn my blood and wish me a good day, I told her she got a good hand cause I dint feel nothing!
