I walked in the Bristol location, used the kiosk and sat down. An older woman walked in after me and didn't know how to use the kiosk, so I got up and helped her. She didn't have a phone number. Because of that, the kiosk skipped over everything and I believe it said for her to wait. I was a little confused myself. She sat down and when the phlebotomist came out to get the next patient, the woman asked and I helped explain the situation. She said that's okay. Mr. G The lab tech is unbelievably good at what he does. He is a true gem in our healthcare system and deserves recognition. He's wonderful with kids and adults and makes each patient feel special. He served our country in the navy and has worked for quest for many years.
Technician was so nice to deal with, I was taken at my appointment time and the needle was painless. Nice experience.
Zero stars really! Appointment or walk in will not matter extremely long wait times. Staff is not friendly and doesn’t acknowledge anyone. Also the building looks very sketchy you can’t even tell it’s open for business when you get there. I will not return to this location.
I had an appointment, and was seen right at my appointment time. Phlebotomist was quick, friendly, and skilled- didn’t feel the needle at all! I suggest scheduling an appointment to avoid long wait times.
