Llevé a mi hija de 18 meses hoy para su primer examen de sangre, y fue una experiencia no favorable. El personal estaba corto de personal y había mucho pacientes esperando, y aunque una de las técnicas (la morenita) fue paciente y comprensiva, la otra (“Ash”) fue grosera y me habló mal mientras mi hija lloraba y se movía. The person who took care of me was very informative.. I was in and out faster than I thought it would be. My experience was great.
Appt is for 1:20 it’s 1:34 and still have 1 person ahead me. No communication. Thank God I took afternoon off from work or I woulda been late. Hire more people or people who know what they doing
