I had an appointment at 11:30 Am but arrived 4 minutes late. The location had others waiting to be called with and with out an appointment. As soon as I checked in not a minute later I was called in. The phlebotomist was welcoming and professional.
Staff was great, but the place is a little run down and not in a great location, but I appreciate them having a location there for those that need to walk, etc.

The black girl that speaks Spanish is extremely rude she had an attitude the whole time when she took the blood sample she did it so rough my whole arm ended up hurting 0/10🤡
