Armando was an amazing Phlebotomist he’s definitely one of the best If not The best I’ve ever came across very friendly, and was able to find my vein and do the job very quickly, when others always have a problem.
I visited this office on the morning of June 4th and was greeted by a young woman who was friendly, but not very detail-oriented. When she asked who my ordering doctor was, I gave her the correct name. She looked confused, so I asked if she needed a work order, and she said no. Unfortunately, instead of double-checking, she processed my bloodwork using an old order from a completely different doctor.
