I watched a woman get discriminated and the nurde was very rude to her. She saw me filming and told me I don't need to film. The worst place to go for tests. They lose the results. I went three weeks before my appointment and they didn't know where my results were. It's horrible to know I need my results and they don't know where they are.
I went in for a simple blood draw. The woman (I didn’t get her name, but she had glasses on with a ponytail) was borderline rude for no reason. She shoved the door open and was extremely curt. She looked extremely angry and it made me uncomfortable. When she was drawing blood, it was lighting quick…also too quick and painful. It left me with bruising for days afterward. Also, the waiting room is disgusting. Can’t Quest afford new blinds? Will not revisit this location.
