I went in for a simple blood draw. The woman (I didn’t get her name, but she had glasses on with a ponytail) was borderline rude for no reason. She shoved the door open and was extremely curt. She looked extremely angry and it made me uncomfortable. When she was drawing blood, it was lighting quick…also too quick and painful. It left me with bruising for days afterward. Also, the waiting room is disgusting. Can’t Quest afford new blinds? Will not revisit this location.
I was seen within about 10–15 minutes of arriving, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member who collected my blood and urine samples was uncomfortable. I made an appointment for my grandfather for 8:40 AM. He was there since 7:30 AM. There is no person where he can talk to someone and they expect an elderly to play with a machine in order to check in. He did not check in correctly and could not confirm because there was no one to talk to! After sitting there until 9 o’clock, they explained to him that he did not check in and that they can only see him for 4 PM when I clearly made this appointment for today literally on Friday for this time because he has to fast. They were closed due to not having heat, had a sign on the door saying to go to a different location and that appointments would be honored there (they were not, we were told to wait on standby).
