RUDE, GHETTO, INSECURE and WEIRD if someone is clearly telling you they which vein phlebotomists usually gets the blood from and asks you politely to use a certain needle that should be the end of it. Instead of running off at the mouth and being a wise guy about it she’s lucky I’m a professional and have a lot to lose because one day she’s gonna pull that on the wrong one she better watch her mouth and attitude.
Rudest staff. Waited over 45 minutes with an appointment. They clearly don’t follow the appointment screen in the room as people who have later appointments keep getting called ahead. Worst quest ever.
