I had an appointment today for blood work after scheduling in advance. The number of tests ordered by my doctor was quite large, but the phlebotomist, Ike, took the time to go through each one carefully. He explained which tests might not be covered by insurance, walking me through them one by one, and offered helpful advice, which made me feel very reassured. They 98% are on point with wait time, customer service (this morning my tech apologized 10 times for the wait, and honestly, it wasn't that bad) Drawing blood with 1 prick... just an awesome staff and the facility is Clean and well kept! Keep up the good work
