It was very disappointing for me to technicians sitting on their phones instead of helping elderly people who did not have an appointment, and then gossiping about that person. Although your system is very efficiently run but AI, you are losing touch with the people who need help in your waiting rooms. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Also, the technicians were short and rude and impatient. I will never use this Quest again.
Phlebotomist Armando was very kind and considerate.
The technician that helped with my son was phenomenal! He was extremely patient and even though my son is four, he explained each step and treated him with so much care!
