Got a text with a link to check in on my appointment day on Barnum Ave Bridgeport at 6am ! In my car I get another text 7:10 am that they canceled my appointment!! Absolutely unprofessional! A Bunch of inconsiderate people ! I'd rather go to the smaller labs in town ! Never again with quest !! No explanation and after it took me days to get a time to accommodate my schedule! I arrived today, unfortunately I didn't have an appointment. I know that one requires appointments, but on the computer when you register it shows you the option where you can choose to be attended to, that's what I did. Apparently, one of the employees didn't like it and told me in a very rude way that next time I had to make an appointment. She said this with an inappropriate tone and her angry look. It seems unprofessional on her part to treat people like that.
They close at 12 on a Saturday. Got here at 11:52 and the lady comes out and locks the door and says if I dont have an appointment they won't be able to get to me. I can only come on weekends and this was important I just came from my doctor and because they dont want to work, they're locking up before 12. I work in the health field and we are suppose to take patients up until the closing hour. Very unprofessional.
The customer service was great. And they are very professional.
