Was told to come to this location and that my appointment would be honored (it was not). I was told to sign in as stand by and the wait til was going to be over an hour.

I showed up a few times, well before the closing hours on the sign, and the office was always locked and, everything was off inside. I even went back, thinking it was a lunch break, still the same thing. A woman I ran into on the sidewalk told me that it happens “all the time“ at this location
