The place was conveniently located in the Plaza. As long as you have an appointment with Quest, which was relatively easy to make, you'll be able to go in and out of the building within 20 minutes, depending on what you are there for. The process of checking in is fairly convenient, so overall, I would recommend Quest!
I scheduled my bloodwork appointment 24 hours in advance, showed up on time, and was told they didn’t have the service request on file—even though it was their own system that failed to process it. I then had to drive back to the clinic that issued the order and wait another 30 minutes just to get a printed copy. By the time I returned, the lab had already closed. It was great for clients with appointments. Walk-in’s were not happy with the wait time. There was only one employee and she was professional and kind. Make an appointment!
Amazing experience. I took my 1.5 year old to get bloodwork done as requested by his pediatrician, and the entire experience was so quick. I made an appointment online and we were called shortly after checking in. There were two female employees that helped us and they were able to quickly find my son’s vein and get us out of there in less than 15 minutes.
