The wait time for my hep c test was only 10 minutes. Staff was very nice and I managed to finish in time.
Horribly organized. Website says appointments not required. Showed up at 7am for a fasting lab draw. After checking in and watching multiple names called before me, both walk ins, drop offs and appointments, I left 1.5 hours later due to feeling hypoglycemic and needing to eat and take my morning medication. Thanks to this poorly designed company, there’s no desk or receptionist to talk to, so any attempt to speak to an employee when they were calling someone else in was met with the door being close in my face. The absolute medical service I have ever experienced. I spent 30 years in the medical service and have come across thousands of techs, Phlebotomists, Dr,'s Nurses, etc. Today, the Phlebotomists was confused as to what labs needed to be drawn. it was not a normal collection which I under which I understand and hold no ill will against her for.
