great experience
Go to another location. The man before me was complaining about a hematoma they caused while he was leaving. I waited 45 min after my pre-scheduled appointment time before the girl who checked in after me was called up. When asked why I was skipped, the phlebotomist Rich, was rude and unprofessional. He is clearly miserable with his job and life. Don't go here.
Slowest service EVER!! this poor women had to check patients in draw lab work and process all paperwork by herself. Needless to say the waiting room was packed and o.m.g. the wait! They need to get it together. Help these poor girls and get hire more employees!
I was told by the quest tech (who was nice & professional) that my blood test results taken on 3/31 shortly after 12:50 PM would be available in approximately 1 to 2 days on average. It’s now over four days later, 4/3 at 4:40 pm, and I have not received one test result, despite several tests taken that day. When I chatted about it yesterday morning it took an agent over a half an hour to get back to me, but told me that they should be done yesterday or today.
