I used to walk in, no appt and not wait more than minutes. Now, an appt made and I still wait up to an hour!
I was able to schedule a next day morning appointment. We were in and out, and Dolly was fantastic. I typically bruise pretty badly, and there’s no evidence I had bloodwork done this week. She also was very kind to not only myself, but my two small children in tow. We were there before 9am, and there was no one in the waiting room when we got there and only a couple of people as we were leaving. The waiting room was spacious, and clean. Even though it’s further for me, I would definitely come back to this location!
Totally unorganized and extremely slow at this location. Need another person to draw blood. Was much better in the distant past. Now you just sit here and wait. They need more help.
