went in for blood work today and Kimberly was awesome! the blood draw was very quick and painless, and she had a fantastic bedside manner that calmed my nerves. the office is also very efficient, they keep it moving, so I didn’t have to wait very long. I definitely recommend this Quest and will see Kimberly again if I go back!
Have appointment arrive early,Check in system confirmed your checked in and sit there for 30 minutes only to be told you don’t have an appointment (but have email & text confirmation ) you can check in as a walk in and wait an hour . Very unprofessional will NEVER be back .
Only had to wait 5-10 minutes after my appointment to be called back so not too bad on wait time. Destiny was nice and made the blood draw painless
