I am without insurance and I needed blood work done. Marilyn was the Saint that assisted me. She informed me that my cost would be over $700.00. She then patiently guided me to a website where they offer the lab work at a lower cost. It was a Saturday and they were busy. Yet she took the time to help me save a substantial amount. I would've never been able to afford the cost without maxing out my credit card. Thanks Marilyn at Quest! What a Saint and Blessing you are to me!

Bloomingdale -It has been more than a decade since I visited Quest Diagnostics and, boy has it changed! The whole process from creating an account, setting up an appointment to the actual visit was extremely professional and very fast! As soon as aperson would get called in for labs, a staff member would be cleaning/disinfecting their seat. Super clean, efficient and in and out in less than 5 mins with an appointment. Appointment times were readily available even the day before! This is not the Quest I once knew, 100% better... read more
