I was quickly taken care of on time by using an appointment. They took care of me. She did a great job at taking my lab work. I was out within 20 minutes.
Hope you never need a same day appt or have to walk in right after a doc appointment....they wait out the walk ins apparently until they just leave. Absurd wait times.
*Update 9/1* After sharing my concerns with leadership via email, I was promptly contacted via email and my cell. Leadership was extremely apologetic and understanding. My concerns were taken seriously. The entire staff will be getting a training that reminds them how to maintain professionalism even on the most stressful of days. The service at Quest Diagnostics was excellent, especially due to Jerry. Jerry, the phlebotomist, was wonderful. He made the appointment quick and easy. Jerry was skilled and reassuring. He listened to concerns, and his technique was flawless. The process was friendly and professional. The facility was clean, and check-in was simple with the online system, making the visit smoother. I arrived for my 2:40 PM ET appointment and was a witness to and a victim of significant misconduct that created an unsafe and hostile environment. The employee in question is a young European American woman with brown hair, who I believe is named Ciera ( or Siera). Her conduct demonstrated a severe lack of emotional regulation and professionalism.
