I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff were very professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the wait time was minimal, which I truly appreciated. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment while waiting. When it was time for my blood draw, the technician was efficient and skilled. The needle prick was quick and handled with great care, making the process much easier than expected.

The Quest Diagnostics office on 159 E Bloomingdale Ave, Brandon Fl is the best office! The office opens at 5am and that's very convenient for clients that can stop in before work. You get a great welcome from a staff assistant even when it was very early and she was helping older people with check-in. Some forgets to check-in or they don't know how to use the kiosk. If i could give 0 I would, I was given the incorrect vial for my at home sample which caused my sample to be ruined. How could this have happened with an experienced tech? Even the coworker that advised me of this information could not phantom the mix up. It caused me to come to Quest 3 times. I won’t be back to quest because obviously they don’t care enough to make sure everything is correct before sending you home to do a test you have never done before!
