The phlebotomist was both professional and sociable. She researched and helped me with a billing problem.
It was so easy to give the sample! Felt like a walk-in ! I was able to go to work right away!
The blood draw by Ashley in Braintree location was painless, I really appreciated it! I did notice a bruise afterwards, about the size of a nail. It disappeared several days later.
I felt so bad for all the people they turned away for no reason. Theres a walk in waiting list for a reason, and in the amount of time they spent telling everyone to make appointments they could have just helped them. I waited in the office for 25 minutes, happily as a walk in. Literally not a single appointment walked in, but in the meantime they turned away a little old lady and a young man. Terrible service--no reception desk, and online waiting room is not monitored well, or responded to in a timely manner. The workers are nice enough, but seems very understaffed, or just have a poor system. Waiting line is always an hour plus.
