Very concerned. My son went there to take a "random drug test" for his job as a truck driver. He walked in to get the test and was told YOU HAVE TO SCHEDULE RANDOM DRUG TESTING. What the hell is that all about???? They were very rude and insulting when he voiced his concern about that. HOW MANY DRIVERS ARE OUT THERE THAT ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE???
First time using this location. All around great experience. I signed up for an appointment online and did all the requested pre-appointment forms (like adding my insurance). Leading up to the appointment I got both email and text reminders (as I requested). I checked in when I got to the parking lot using the link the sent me via text. I’ve always disliked coming to this specific location, yet I gave them another chance today and now they’ve earned themselves a review. UNPROFESSIONAL all the way around. The 2 older women that I interacted with today were both rude and seemed to care more about their upcoming lunch than the clients patiently waiting to be seen (1 other person waiting for a drug screen). Turned away because “we still have to take our lunch” which I respect, but being told to come back another day when operating hours are until 4PM is crazy. ... read more
I love the text message I received to check-in as soon as I arrived in the parking lot. That made the whole experience smooth. The lab tech was awesome and very friendly.
My appointment was 9:40am. Arrived there at 9:15am. No waiting thus had the test within 5 mim. Clean and efficient.
