I’ve always disliked coming to this specific location, yet I gave them another chance today and now they’ve earned themselves a review. UNPROFESSIONAL all the way around. The 2 older women that I interacted with today were both rude and seemed to care more about their upcoming lunch than the clients patiently waiting to be seen (1 other person waiting for a drug screen). Turned away because “we still have to take our lunch” which I respect, but being told to come back another day when operating hours are until 4PM is crazy. ... read more
I love the text message I received to check-in as soon as I arrived in the parking lot. That made the whole experience smooth. The lab tech was awesome and very friendly.
My appointment was 9:40am. Arrived there at 9:15am. No waiting thus had the test within 5 mim. Clean and efficient.
