Janice was so amazing. I came in for a walk in and she was able to get me right in and knock it out in a matter of 10 minutes. Not to mention the needle didn’t even hurt! You can tell she’s done this quite a bit. Can’t thank you enough for making this the easiest thing on my to do list today!
Terrible. Had an 8:10 appointment. Showed them the confirmation email. They didn’t care. I arrived 30 minutes early hoped I could get in early as walk in. 90 minutes later others have come and gone and I’m still here being told “soon”. How long is soon? Don’t come here
The phlebotomist was both professional and sociable. She researched and helped me with a billing problem.
It was so easy to give the sample! Felt like a walk-in ! I was able to go to work right away!
The blood draw by Ashley in Braintree location was painless, I really appreciated it! I did notice a bruise afterwards, about the size of a nail. It disappeared several days later.
