Really understaffed or way over booked. Expect NOT to get in when your appointment is scheduled. Staff was friendly however and did a good job

Phone system does not give the information it says it will provide when you press the corresponding number. No way to get in touch! Assistant services don't work. I had to drive over there to get a fax number. Horrible way to run a business.
