Leah was my phlebotomist. Personable and Professional. The Lab itself is now efficiently operated, much better than it was a number of years ago.
Very quick and easy process. I went in for blood work and I was out within 10 minutes. I told them that I have bad reactions when I draw blood. They brought me into a room with a recliner and talked me through the whole process. They were so kind, patient, and accommodating.
The Quest location on Cortez Avenue West is incredibly efficient. The staff is very friendly and professional. You are in and out quickly. Appointments are easy to set up online making check in a breeze. If every business could run this efficiently, imagine how successful it would be. This is top notch customer service!
