Other than me being a hard stick, the overall visit was excellent, the staff was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite!!
I enjoyed my experience at Quest in West Bradenton, and wish to let the entire staff there know I appreciate them big time!
The blood draw technician at the Cortez location named Renea that I was initially paired with was rude and condescending. Thank goodness she went to lunch and a very pleasant technician named Courtney finished my bloodwork.
Dylan was great and very kind. This was one of the least painful blood draws I’ve ever had, which I really appreciate. I made an appointment for the morning and was seen on time.
