Better than last time. Your Annapolis Office previously sent me away after I'd made an appointment for a Thursday, claiming that no such apptmts can be scheduled after noon, when your website says clearly that that restriction applies strictly to Fridays. Either your website is wrong or the snippy white nurse in your Annapolis office needs to be retrained. Fortunately, your Bowie offie did not make the same mistake.
