Kind and professional staff make lab experiences almost enjoyable.
Find another lab... the service and attitude at this lab is terrible. They are rude and unprofessional. Look at all the 1-star terrible reviews that have not been addressed by their leaders...no response, and they continue to have outrageously bad service. Also, they are a major credit fraud risk! They will insist that they make a copy of your credit card, and harass you if you don't let them make copies and keep it in their files. Easy to get in and out of, just make an appointment and everything is smooth. The techs have never left a bruise or caused me, personal pain upon drawing blood.
