The service was quick and easy with an appointment and the phlebotomist was very friendly and good drawing my blood quickly and painlessly.
I was comfortable and relax there.
Professional, quick, painless and very nice.
They’re very skilled, no question about that, but the attitude was so rude and aggressive that it made me extremely uncomfortable. I was genuinely scared because they were handling needles while acting this way. It ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
These people clearly hate their jobs. So incredibly rude and treat you like an inconvenience.
