I went to Quest in Boerne this morning for blood word. I tried to schedule an appt ahead of time but the next early morning appt was approx. 3 weeks later. I understood that i would have a wait since i did not have an appt. The kiosk estimated my wait time to be 30 min to 1 hr, which seemed reasonable, so i checked in. Unfortunately, after waiting more than 2 hours, i still hadn't been called.
