The employees here are unnecessarily and consistently rude. Appointments are always behind schedule, even first thing in the morning. I dread my regular bloodwork.
6hrs ago, was a walk in, always have been a walk in due my job. I realize appts rank 1st. Was called back in good time only to receive a lecture on being a walk in. I am 72yrs old and do not feel I should be lectured and treated rudely, especially since I am paying for a service. I tried to tell her which was a good vein as I have vein issues, I felt she didn't want to listen. The draw was very roughly done. We made an appointment and were seen at the exact time. Clinician was very friendly and no pain! Great experience!
