Staff was rude arrogant and unsympathetic to waiting room filled with trusting patients. For two hours one day and 45 mins the next I witnessed 3 different staff members belittle patients time and time again. I have not seen that kind of public display of uncaring behavior in a very long time. Staff has no excuse for their behavior. Should not be permitted to work in health care field.
Why don’t they have half stars or even negative stars? That’s how awful my experience was today. This facility is currently being manned by unhinged, rude, and unprofessional employees. Pick another location!!!!
Twice I have gone here and both times they couldn't find the doctor's order they had sent electronically. Second time, I went to my car to call doc to resend again, and when I went back in they said they cancelled my appt and I could wait as a walk-in (after being there 2 hours already, it would be another 2 hour wait likely). Terrible. So, 2 trips, 5+hrs waisted and zero tests done.
