Absolutely the worst, would never come to this place unless I had to. No receptionist. Very dystopian and weird. No one at the front desk. The lady who was about to draw blood was mad because they gave me the wrong paper work said she could not help me and could not help me figure it out. I had to ask for the other guy to draw my blood because I really wouldn’t have been comfortable for her to do it with her attitude. Had an appointment at 12:40. It’s been 40 mins. I have never had an issue until today. Had an appointment. However walk ins took priority because “they just work the system” and can’t take appointments until 20-30 minutes before the actual appointment time. So here we sit, with 4 technicians in the back, no patients, and us sitting here waiting for our exact time. Horrible customer service! UPDATE: we were called back after our appointment time along with someone who was early for their appointment. What a joke!
