The office and personnel was friendly, efficient and very professional. Check in was simple using my cell phone. I received my results on Email within 24 hrs
Arrived 10 minutes early. Went straight to give blood. Out before my scheduled appt. Can't beat that.
I went to the lab in Bluffton, SC. My experience was very good. Wait time was minimal. I checked in via text Message. We had a problem viewing the results online. We went back to the lab and Robin helped us get access. She did a great job!
Don't bother with a walk up clinic where you can wait forever. Quest is quick and easy. No waiting.
