Robin, my phlebotomist was the BEST! I couldn't feel the needle, she was extremely professional and deserves a raise! You're lucky to have her.
I made an appointment by calling which was easy to follow the prompts. My wait time was minimal, staff were friendly and they explained the process clearly when you would be called for lab test. There was a tv screen with your name so you knew who was in front of you. The lab tech was so kind when I had my blood drawn. Pleasant experience.
