I've been getting my blood drawn at the Blackhawk location for years and the staff here is great. I get very nervous but they are both skilled such that I barely notice and great at distracting me.
The entire process from start to finish was quick and easy. Kennedi was my phlebotomist and she was great!
Be prepared to wait. No one appears to pay attention that there are people waiting and the reception desk is unattended.
Great experience, second time to this Quest location. Easy parking, on time, team was great, and very professional. Answered all questions.
