I went here for a pre employment drug urin test. I waited 2hrs+, water empty in waiting area, cartoons on the TV, being told I was next but CNA calling another & then w/protocol not being kept to a T for the urinalysis. No I do not recommend his place!

I HATE getting my blood taken, however this experience was top notch. The girls took such good care of me, they were kind and caring and talked me through the whole process. They used a smaller needle and something about a butterfly was used which apparently is better for the experience. They helped me out with an icepack on my head and an alcohol swab to my nose when I thought I was going to pass out. They played me down instead of sitting in the chair which felt comforting as well. I've been getting my blood drawn at the Blackhawk location for years and the staff here is great. I get very nervous but they are both skilled such that I barely notice and great at distracting me.
