I hardly waited for my appt, the lab tech was excellent, hardly felt anything. I was in and out in no time!

The staff was unbelievably rude and utterly unhelpful at this location. Steer clear of this place, you’ll be glad you did.
Horrible customer service! They’re very rude! Nobody at Quest can do anything without a computer allowing them. Machines run the show. I had 3 rounds of lab samples to drop off. The first time I came in, the lady told me next time I didn’t have to make an appointment for drop offs. When I came in again the same lady made me take a walk in appointment to drop off, that meant I arrived at 1pm and sat there waiting until after 2:40pm to take my lab samples. This is unacceptable! Horrible experience. Staff members in the worst mood and have no consideration of your time. Not personable at all, don’t look you in the eyes while they mumble. Rude. My appt was at 1:20pm and I’m walking out at 2:10pm. I waited 50 minutes before getting called up to the window. I was in there for a urine test that took all of 5 minutes to do.
