Had appointment was seen 20 minutes late. No one at the front desk which was disconcerting to most in waiting room. My phlebltomist was a bit unpleasant.
been a repeat customer a couple if times a month. always been happy with service until today. I went fir b food test checked in and was treated with complete disrespect. clearly will go to other places in future. not a good way to treat customers un less you want to lose them. which in my case you did
