In contrast to other locations where I've gone for bloodwork, this location has a clean and welcoming waiting room, and it isn't filled to the brim with people who've been waiting for hours. Also, the 2 times I've been, the phlebotomists were very skilled. Most phlebotomists need at least 2 tries to get a vein when drawing blood for me, and sometimes poke around. Both of my experiences here, their phlebotomists took under 2 seconds to find the best vein and got the needle in on the first try, with no noticeable pain. Efficie... read more
The staff is great—but the lobby TV is ridiculous. It’s a non stop loop of Quest advertisements. It’s like being at your grandparents house—full volume of a show that you have no interest in.
Their offices are clean and well organized. The people tending us are polite and professional beyond compare. There are other places to have labs drawn, but now after coming here, I’d go to no other facility.
Minimal wait time. Excellent phlebotomist!
