The absolute worst customer experience and customer service. It's very clear this industry is monopolized by 2 industry giants and don't care about anything but making a buck.

I had the worst experience in my life at quest today. The phlebotomist that did my labs yanked the needle from my arm and it started bleeding so much. She was so aggressive and aggravated ive never in my whole life had a phlebotomist stick me so hard with needle and take it out so hard that i started bleeding so much. Not only that she never gave me her name she immediately said I had to pay my bill or I can’t get my test done today. I’m never coming back here again.
The nurse who took my blood was extremely professional and nice. I do not like getting blood drawn and she was funny and put me at ease. The only issue I had was the scan code sent to my email to check in did not work. There is also no one working at the front desk. My info at the kiosk also said I did not have an appointment. So, I was kind of worried that I had it wrong. I had to ask the random patients waiting what to do and luckily some lady sitting there said the text messages had a link to click to check in.
