Nastiest unprofessional staff members. Disgusting.
Our experience at the Bestgate Road location was terrible. My wife's tech--Claudia--berated her for forgetting to bring her test orders along with the sample she was dropping off. Claudia was so harsh that she left my wife in tears. Had Claudia stopped to listen, she might have learned that my wife spent the night before in the ER and that her orders were already on file from a visit the previous day. I was worried about how the visit would be based on the terrible reviews for this office, and that there was no one at the front desk when I got there. But the check-in was on a tablet kiosk machine that was easily identified. The nurse/tech I had was very fast, nice and did her job with precision. I was in and out of there quickly, which I appreciated. I also was there at 9AM and there was only one other person in the waiting room. But when I came out it was filled up. It's probably best to get an early morning appointment.
They claim that they have “ walk in “ service. Because I’m visiting from abroad and don’t have an American phone number i couldn’t book an appointment online. Arriving, the staff was busy and seemed resigned. Telling them that I was a “ walk in” she rolled her eyes and let me know that it would take many hours of waiting - because we are VERY busy!
