Horrible experience. Staff members in the worst mood and have no consideration of your time. Not personable at all, don’t look you in the eyes while they mumble. Rude. My appt was at 1:20pm and I’m walking out at 2:10pm. I waited 50 minutes before getting called up to the window. I was in there for a urine test that took all of 5 minutes to do. Don't use this place, if you have a choice.
Had an appointment but was directed by self check in that it would be another hour. There is no one at the front desk. People have been waiting for hours. I will not be back. Very disappointed..I scheduled my day around this "appointment "
I wanted to share my experience from my recent appointment scheduled for 12:40 PM. Unfortunately, I wasn’t seen until about 8–9 minutes past my appointment time. When I asked the one of the staffed she was an older woman kinda heavy her hair was pulled back into a ponytail she had black & gray strings of hair brownskin with very dark black bags around her eyes for an estimated wait time, the she responded with attitude and told me someone was ahead of me and to look on the tv screen for my name even though the tv showed nobo... read more
Very fast and effective. My appointment was on time. No pain whatsoever during the procedure process. I do recommend having a human being at the front desk as opposed to a robot of AI.
