Scheduling was easy. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Made this easy for my Mom who is 97.
1) The lab never has any personnel up front to ask questions, make appts etc 2) I had an appointment for 10 am- I was not seen until 1030 and this was for a urine test only. 3) There was a women in the waiting room that had brought her 97 year old mother's urine sample in. This women patiently waited from 8 am until 1030 (because she was a walk in) for someone to just take her mothers urine sample container. She said she didn't make an appointment, thinking that someone at the lab could just take the sample from her. Very po... read more
If I could give them zero stars I would. Number one didn’t have anyone at the front counter to correct any issues that might come up. Called customer service number and explain the issue and that person stated you have to talk to the person in the office. Told her there is no one there; her response stop a tech when they come out. I tried this with multiple employees they all ignore me until one didn’t have an option because the person she called wasn’t here.
