Great experience, staff were very nice and my appointment was on time. Phlebotomist was great, no pain, perfect blood draw. Very professional and direct. I will definitely use this site again.
Very slow
Had a drug test scheduled for 1:30pm. Showed up to a lobby full of people and no employees. Just a kiosk and no staff. One person was working doing all the testing, blood draws etc. After exactly 1 hour with no one’s name being called, I walked out. Total waste of my afternoon and my companies money. Don’t use these people.
It's so easy and convenient. I can do it on my time and my dime and I know before I go how much it costs me because it's already paid for. I can order whatever tests I want for me and my family members - no need to visit the doctor beforehand. And even had the opportunity to speak with one of their doctors after the test results...this is the future. The results are FAST!!!!
Jessica was unbelievably helpful and great at what she does. The wait time was totally acceptable and efficient. She did exceptionally at assisting *difficult* individuals in the waiting room. I was initially having a problem with my insurance taking, but she tried again and thankfully it worked! The lab collection process was swift and one of the most painless experiences I've had! She is stellar and I will never hesitate to suggest this Quest location.
