This is a top notch Quest location. One of the best we have been to in many states. Amazing staff. Immaculate. Very fast. And well ran. Unfortunately- the bad reviews here are 'very' typical of some Bend folks here-- too lazy to figure out anything on their own, and eager to blame everyone for their incompetence. How hard is it look up the website and call the help hotline number? Everyone knows you don't call the draw station directly.

There's NO WAY to get a hold of them. Its all through automated system and all I needed them for was to see why its taken them 2 weeks for my lab results that my doctor needs directly FROM THEM. This is telling everyone that they DON'T want to deal with people.

Apparently Quest has a policy that allows them to refuse to draw labs unless they are tests run by Quest. This was not stated anywhere when I made the appointment and it would have been good to know so I did not waste my time. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
