Run the right tests. This is twice in a month that my husband has been in and the wrong orders were used even after being asked to try to make sure the right set of orders was used. The first time, a major set of tests were missed and this time a complete set of wrong orders was used. The ones they used were specified to be done after December 14th and did not perform the ones that were to have been done for an appointment on December 12th.
