The staff was outstanding! I am a very difficult patient, but not by choice - I have extremely small veins that are hard, rolley, and run at an angle. Usually I leave labs with several unsuccessful poke bandaids all over me, but Stephie did such a great job - I wish every phlebotomist was like her! I do understand though everyone has to learn, and over time they gain experience, but its Stephie's warmth and concern on top of her experience that makes her extra special! Quick and easy, the ladies working were so nice and chatty
I live 1/2 mile from the Lab. Had an appointment, blood drawn, out in 5 min. and back home in 10 min. Easy, convenient and yes, fun.
If you have a child, do not take them to Quest diagnostics on West a river Dr. There is a woman who was very verbally aggressive and threatened our son for being afraid of the poke. Absolutely disgusting behavior by the employee.
I don’t know how the tech did it but she pulled blood and I didn’t feel a thing! She’s a master of her craft. Very friendly staff.
