***Walk-ins are discouraged*** I arrived at the lab today at 9:50am, there was no patient at that time but the tech told me I need to wait. The kiosk stated the waiting time was 30-60min and I accepted it. At 11:00am there was no patient again. I asked the tech if he could do my blood draw, he said he should wait 15min for the next patient appointment, at least wait for 6min. Diego stuck me once and it was almost painless, and I have notoriously difficult veins, he got me out in like 5 minutes. Give the man a donut or a raise.
I continue to be impressed with the Quest operation...run by folks who are well trained professionals in their field.
