This location has perhaps been the best blood draws I have ever seen! For mine, it was quick, I felt nothing and there was no bruising left after I removed the bandage less than 15 min later. And for my 4 yr old daughter, she didn't cry at all. The nurses were quick and efficient, and got three vials of blood! We've never been able to get a full sample previously, at other locations.
Quest no longer having a CS desk has been very frustrating for the last couple years. It’s really not helpful in a medical facility to not have anyone to talk to or ask questions of. You can’t do everything you need to do online, it’s just cold and unprofessional. Also there was a power outage at this location and a new system they all had to learn on the same day which made delays very long. I know that wasn’t their fault so I don’t blame them, but it was unfortunate and there was a patient who had to wait for like 2 hours.... read more

I forgot why I go to another location. I remember the tech but forgot how busy they are. Having blood drawn isn't pleasant for anyone, when you have veins that like to hide it is awful. Try to imagine someone sticking the needle in your arm, and not finding the vein, then they have to bring the needle out a little and try for another spot. Not fun. It was not my lucky day today, took 4 jabs, I felt bad for my nice tech, he is awesome. My bright spot, is I had to have blood drawn a month ago and the first insert worked! Wow, ... read more
