Most poorly staffed diagnostics facility ever. Everything is automated and making an appointment online couldn't be more inconvenient. I tried to call to set up an appointment, also completely automated. "Please say your last name and then spell it" *says name and spells it* "Sorry, I didn't quite get that." After going through that rigamarole eight times, I went in as a walk-in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND never doing that as they only have one person working here and it gets backed up with appointments fast. Employees very competent. I go here frequently and am never dissatisfied
Had to wait over an hour to drop off sample. They would not take the sample (in a Quest lab's labeled container). They made me wait until all the appointments were taken and then took the sample as a walk in. Never had an other lab do this. This should of been a drop an go.
You have to check in on a kiosk, no humans. But if the people in front of you can't get check-in to work for sometime by the time you get it to work it's 10 minutes past your appt and you lose your appt. There's no appealing to a human. Now your on standby and will wait over an hour. The employee who eventually draws your blood does not care at all about the trouble. Better luck next time.
