Very friendly efficient service. The facility was very clean and tech was friendly and efficient and professionally dressed.
Horrible! I had a STAT order and made an appointment asap online. Waited a long time for walk ins even though I had a simple lab draw appt. When I was finally taken back to have my blood drawn I was told abruptly to sit down with cold rudeness. The Technician took a really long time typing my simple single test order into their computer using a one finger adolescent typing. Ruth was incredible! Fantastic bedside manner and great skills. My wife and I Visited for a long and complicated test, and she made the testing easy and as painless as possible. Quest has a fantastic employee in Ruth. This location also has a waiting room for longer complicated tests like the glucose tolerance test. Moms to be, this is the location you want to visit.
The phlebotomist I had was rude and condescending. She acted like I was supposed to know where/how to do everything when it came to the blood draw and urine test. Will not go back here because of her.
