Went there today. Upon arrival they started a new process having appointments and no guarantees for walking. My mother is 86 years old we were you can wait but not sure when she would be seen. Had to seek the person out for answers she was very very rude! We left Ang went to CMC What a difference we were greeted politely and taken care of in a reasonable time. Will never go to Quest again
