DO NOT USE this lab. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a medical office. The lab technician lied about they don't take walk in, she said they only take appointments after 3p. Yet the waiting room was empty with just the 2 lab technician on shift. I waited for 20 plus minutes no one showed up , guess they were invisible appointments. This is my second time here in just a few months. There were many people waiting because you can walk in and it was close to lunchtime. Although, they didn't have to be sitting in the waiting room. It's so easy to make an appointment online; it actually takes about 60 seconds! I did not wait for more than 3 minutes after I checked in on their kiosk because I made an appointment. Was two minutes late for appointment and had to reschedule. No person to speak with. Would never use them. They are less than horrible customer service
