Quick, efficient and friendly
Easy check in and the Phlebotomist was excellent and caring.
It was a pleasure to go to Quest yesterday. The place was organized, clean and fast. The women taking the blood did it in one try which is a win-win for me.
Although I was there a day early they put me in as a walk in and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The lady who took my blood was very polite.
DO NOT USE this lab. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a medical office. The lab technician lied about they don't take walk in, she said they only take appointments after 3p. Yet the waiting room was empty with just the 2 lab technician on shift. I waited for 20 plus minutes no one showed up , guess they were invisible appointments. To the lab technician that was so rude to me despite looking at me with a foot cast limping in their office telling them how important this lab work was she looked at me with no expr... read more
