I got there at 8:00am as a walk in patient on 8-11-2020. No other patients yet, so the lady sitting at the desktook me immediately. It was my first time there and she filed out the paperwork for me to help me out. She was PHENOMENAL!!!! So sweet and refreshing. She made coming to the lab fun, instead of ick. She was funny, very personable, and since I am talker also, felt real relaxed. Well when it was time to take my blood sample, it was so quick, no pain or anything, she had it done before I realized. Arrived at Quest Diagnostics on Katalin for blood work at 9:15am. Quest was STILL CLOSED. Nothing stated about a different set of hours from the 8am open. Disappointed!
Love the Quest lab... it's very convenient and clean.... I have used this lab for years. ...today I saw Diane and she is wonderful... friendly and professional also very gentle ....
