This place is disrespectful and ran worst than a McDonald's. I scheduled the appointment online and provided insurance information. They won't say whether the insurance covers the service. I called prior to the appointment, and only a machine answers the phone. They won't let you reach a human. When you get there to check in, still no human interaction. They use kiosks to check in. I was a walk in - got in with 5 minute wait. My technician was fantastic. I hardly felt the stick. In and out quickly.
I LOVE THIS LOCATION ON BAY AREA. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS GOOD VIBES AT THE CLINIC.
I rarely have to wait long and they draw my blood quickly and painlessly. They're my preferred lab to go to.
