Absolutely ridiculous that you only have 1 phlebotomist working on a Saturday with room for 3! Terrible business operation. If I didn't HAVE to come here because of my insurance I would go to the St Luke's lab down the road.
Was there for 2 hours on a Saturday and had to leave because there was still many people in front of me. Only one working and just rediculous. No one said online appointment were the best way cause you just go in. Should at least have a number system so if you pick a number you know how long your gonna have to wait. Ended up 14 hours fasting which is aweful and still didn't have the blood drawn. Good thing I wasn't alone in case I passed out!!
They always get me on the first try I don't have to get stuck million times the people working there are so friendly and nice
