Love the ability to schedule appts online, online check-in, very minimal waiting period, and courteous phlebotomists.
What a joke this place is with their check-in process, as many have stated. I know I arrived early, but at the hour mark of waiting I knocked and I said I needed to go really bad and I’m here for a urine drug test. I was told “it goes in order of arrival.” I said, “I’ve been here for an hour and I know for a fact I’ve been here before all 6 of them.” Then, 10 mins pass and a lady walks in and after checking in, she does the dance to pee and they take her back there???
