The lab tech that helped us was very friendly and sensitive. It was a pediatric draw, and I wanted my child, who is 14 now. To start self advocating for themself at doctor offices and medical visits. To better prepare themselves for the future. So the lab tech that helped us speak with my child, explained what was going on. What the questions she was asking me, and then asked them. Arrived 5 minutes early and signed in via the kiosk. The waiting room has no people working in it and the window to reception is blocked off by a solid roll down door. No one tells you why you are sitting there waiting for 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time or seems to care. No apologies, no updates no questions. Just a warning sign in the lobby to be nice to staff or else. Absolutely terrible customer service. Update 3/17/2025: Had to go again for a drug test for another company.
