have you ever wondered why they strongly encourage appointments because the post hours on their door and they’re 800 number and the little piece of paper that they print out using the sans font posted above their kiosk tablet are all different hours… if you value your time get your screening done elsewhere this is a sketchy company and they’ll probably bill you and your employer both when it should be just your employer…

Fortunately I was the only one in the waiting area when I arrived from my Dr's office next door. Therefore even though I didn't have an appt, I was able to be seen in 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was very thorough in confirming all of my personal information. When I told her I get nervous for blood work, she started a casual conversation to keep me calm.
