Slow and and one staff member.
Fortunately I was the only one in the waiting area when I arrived from my Dr's office next door. Therefore even though I didn't have an appt, I was able to be seen in 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was very thorough in confirming all of my personal information. When I told her I get nervous for blood work, she started a casual conversation to keep me calm. Love this location. It's close to my house and it's rarely busy.
The run down: extremely slow in service/NO walk-in availability, sub-par in hospitality, and for such an invasive procedure like urine sampling or bloodwork, I wouldn't recommend Quest Diagnostics in B'Ville to neither friends, family, or strangers. _____________ I went to Quest to do a urine drug test today, and I'm beyond disappointed with the service and the setup of this office.
