I was called right away. The technician was able to draw blood in one shot. Techs usually have a problem because of my near invisible veins. Appreciate the technician’s talent. Kudos to her.
Quest Diagnostics, never have a problem coming here to give blood for medical testing. Everyone is always courteous and polite. All the way through the process everyone is quite delightful. Easy to make an appointment on the website, or if I had to in the waiting area using their kiosk. I am a blind person and quest makes it easy in my situation to also use their systems to schedule, or check in. It's always a pleasant experience here.
Impossible to make an appointment online and you can’t get anyone to help you in the office. Waste of time. Sunrise Labs in Babylon Villiage never makes you wait.
Thy vey unprofessional and useless there’s nobody to help when people don’t understand how to check in the sistem, I get on time for my appointment and I miss my appointment trying to check in no one helps they make me wait till 12:30 to get done my drug test for my job this is crazy.
